Tüm Kullanıcılarımızın gizliliği bizim için çok önemlidir. Bir Uygulama Kullanıcısı olarak Hizmetimizi kullandığınızda, (Uygulama Yayımcısı olarak) Kişisel Verilerinizi işleriz. Bu veriler genel rakamları içerdiği ve kişiye özel herhangi bir veri barındırmadığından gizlilik ilkesi gereği kişisel bilgi kapsamında değerlendirilmeyecektir. Bu nedenle istatistiki veriler Proliz Yazılım tarafından üçüncü kişi ya da kurumlarla paylaşılabilecek ve yazılımın geliştirilmesinde kullanılabilecektir.

Proliz Yazılım, Uygulamaya ait tüm kişisel verilerin güvenliğini mümkün olan en yüksek seviyede sağlamak ve bu anlamda gelişebilecek yazılımsal problemlere ilişkinn önlemleri almakla yükümlüdür. Proliz Yazılımın gerekli bilgi güvenlik önlemlerini almasına karşın uygulamalara ve sisteme yapılan saldırılar sonucunda gizli bilgilerin zarar görmesi veya üçüncü kişilerin eline gelmesi durumunda, Proliz Yazılımın herhangi bir sorumluluğu olmayacaktır.

 

Proliz Yazılım adına kayıtlı marka ve eserlerin (Mobil Uygulamanın; tasarım, metin, imge ve diğer kodlar da dahil ve fakat bunlarla sınırlı olmamak kaydıyla tüm elemanlarının) izinsiz kullanılması, çoğaltılması, kopyalanması, depo edilmesi ve kanuna aykırı diğer bütün haller, 556 sayılı Markaların Korunması Hakkında Kanun Hükmünde Kararname, 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu ve diğer ilgili mevzuat uyarınca Kullanıcı'nın sorumluluğuna yol açar. Kullanıcılar, işbu Gizlilik Politikasını kabul etmekle Proliz Yazılım Marka ve Logosu'nun kullanımına ilişkin kurallara uygun davranacaklarını kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederler. Kullanıcı'ların işbu madde hükmüne aykırı davranması durumunda, Proliz Yazılım bu durumun düzeltilmesini Kullanıcı'dan talep edebileceği gibi dilerse yasal yollara başvurabilir.

Proliz yazılım Mobil Uygulama'da yer alacak hizmetlerle ilgili önceden bir bildirim yapmaksızın değişiklik yapma hakkına haizdir.

Proliz Yazılıma ait uygulamaları cihazlarına indirmek suretiyle kullanan tüm kullanıcılar bu Gizlilik Politikası hükümlerinin tamamını okuyup, onayladığını kabul ve taahhüt eder.
